Exchange & Return Policy
We take our work quite seriously & follow a stringent quality check process but in case you are still unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns within 2 days of delivery.
It's very simple to return/exchange your item, follow the steps:
In Case of exchange: Item is picked up from your registered address and we wait for the product to reach us to ship the new order to you.
Incase of return Item is picked up from your registered address and we wait for the product to reach our warehouse for a QC to refund the amount.
Refunds are processed with 2-3 business days of us receiving your parcel back.
In case of Personalised Product:
We don't except any return or exchange on the personalised product.
We accept returns for both COD & Pre-Paid orders but we charge a very small fee to return the item. It's the same price that you pay to visit the store to return an item.

We don’t have any exchange or return policy during sale days but we will process exchange incase you receive a damaged product from our end. Such cases will be dealt with extra care and we will make sure that you have a good experience from our side with the good deal that you grab.
